THE ROLE
Schedule: Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed.
As an HVAC Technician, your day begins with reviewing your schedule and preparing for service calls. You travel to various residential and commercial locations, where you will apply your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Your tasks will include quality installation, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality equipment. You will interact with customers, providing professional solutions and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a lead position
- EPA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Registered TDLR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate small crawl spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE certification
- HVAC certification or diploma
- Degree or certificate from a trade school
- Strong work ethic and a career-minded attitude
- Team-player mindset
