Carpentry
Many skilled tradespeople spend more time chasing leads, writing estimates, and managing paperwork than actually doing the work they love. We do things differently. As a Craftsman with our team in Waco, you get the independence of working in the field without the administrative headaches of running a business.
In this role, you will help homeowners across the Waco community maintain, repair, and improve their homes. We provide you with a consistent, scheduled flow of W2 work, handling all the marketing, dispatching, and billing from our local office. If you are a multi-skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping people, this position offers the stability, variety, and respect you deserve.
WhatSuccess Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled residential and light commercial jobs in the Waco area. Your day will involve completing small-to-medium home repairs and improvements, ranging from carpentry and drywall repair to light plumbing and electrical work. You will interact directly with customers, discussing their needs, explaining your process, and ensuring they are highly satisfied before you leave.
Over time, success in this role means becoming a trusted face of a national brand in our local community. You will build a reputation for reliability, clean work, and clear communication. You will work efficiently, manage your time well across different daily tasks, and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship that keeps customers coming back to us for their next project.
