The goal is to assist in the development and implementation of a family engagement plan, for the purpose of achieving and maintaining high levels of family involvement and positive family attitudes towards education.

Title I, Part A provides supplemental resources to LEAs to help schools with high concentrations of students from low-income families provide high-quality education that enables all children to meet state student performance standards. It supports campuses in implementing either a school wide program (SWP) or a targeted assistance program (TAP).

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in social work or a closely related field.
• General knowledge of parent education programs and of social services available from various agencies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Patient and calm demeanor with others.
• Prior teaching or social service work experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Position Type:
Full‑Time

Salary: $49,405 to $65,253 per year
