Cheer and Gymnastics Instructor

The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a Cheer/Gymnastics Instructors for our recreational cheer and gymnastics program (preschool and school aged).

Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable. A background in teaching gymnastics, tumbling, or cheerleading is preferred, but not necessary. Candidates must enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude! We offer excellent training and pay.

We are offering $250 bonus for new staff!

• Assists director in class routines and attendance tracking
• Assists director in providing coaching and leadership to all participants
• Assists director in communication with families

• Preferred background in gymnastics and/or cheerleading
• Ability to relate well to children and teens
• Positive, enthusiastic and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, caring, and committed
• Desire to continuously learn and improve
• Ability to pass reference check, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and sex offender check

Pay Rate: $13.00 to $14.00/hourly
