Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Cargo Handler to join our team in Waco, TX. This individual will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and handling cargo in a fast‑paced warehouse and logistics environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to perform physical labor, and a dependable work ethic.

• Starting at $16.42/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
• Located in Waco, TX

• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
• Sort and organize shipments according to operational requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Assist with warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Work in a fast‑paced team environment to meet daily goals

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move cargo repeatedly in a warehouse setting
• Steel‑toe shoes required
• Reliable transportation and attendance required
• Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
