Job Summary

Our paints, coatings and innovative solutions make places and spaces brighter and stronger. Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Local Night Shuttle Driver based out of the Waco, TX area. You can earn an average of $92,200 – $97,100 annually, depending on miles driven and activities performed.
As a professional driver, you are responsible for safe, on‑time movement of product between manufacturing sites and distribution centers and other duties required by the business in the Southwest Region.
- Transport and deliver items to destinations in a safe, timely manner.
- Comply with all DOT requirements and FMCSA regulations.
- Maintain accurate DOT trip logs.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Valid Class‑A Commercial Driver's License.
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- At least five (5) years of Class‑A combination (tractor/trailer) road driving experience within the last ten (10) years.
- Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain both upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proficient written and spoken English sufficient to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records.
- Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
- Experience backing a CMV into tight spaces (retail spaces, parking lots, driveways, etc.).
- Freight touch experience (unloading and moving freight before and after delivery).
- Pay: $0.73 per mile plus activity pay, safety bonus, and applicable company plans.
- Consistent freight and miles.
- Friday–Tuesday night shift (10 pm–10 am); hours may vary.
- Newer Volvo automatic trucks, primarily pulling 48′–53′ trailers.
- Weekly payroll.
- 401(k) with company match.
