Sherwin-Williams is now hiring a Local Night Shuttle Driver based out of the Waco, TX area. The role offers an annual salary ranging from $92,200 to $97,100, depending on miles driven and activities performed. As a professional driver, you will safely transport products between manufacturing sites and distribution centers in the Southwest Region, performing any additional duties required by the business.

• Transport and deliver items to destinations in a safe, timely manner
• Comply with all DOT requirements and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate DOT trip logs
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must be a current Sherwin-Williams employee
• Must have a valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC)
• Must have at least five (5) years of Class-A combination road driving experience within the last ten (10) years or one (1) year of Sherwin Class-A combination tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must have both a Hazardous Materials and a Tanker endorsement, or be willing to obtain both upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records

• Have both a Hazardous Materials and a Tanker endorsement
• Have tight backing experience (e.g., backing a CMV into tight spaces such as retail spaces, parking lots, driveways)
• Have freight touch experience (e.g., unloading and moving freight before and after delivery, retail delivery freight touch)

• Pay: $0.73 CPM (includes $0.078 per diem) plus activity pay, eligibility for safety bonus and subject to applicable plans
• Consistent freight and mileage opportunities
• Schedule:
  
  Friday – Tuesday, 10:00 pm – 10:00 am (hours may vary based on business needs)
• Use of newer Volvo automatics, primarily pulling 48′–53′ trailers
• Weekly payroll
• 401(k) with company match
