System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region of America. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Hiring Bonus
: $5,000 upon hiring (payout schedule described below).

• Weekly Pay
  : $903.55 – $2,021.54 (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service)
• Annual Pay
  : $46,984.82 – $
• Ongoing Accessorials
  :
  Tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over-dimensional pay.
• Mileage Rate
  : $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (based on experience)

Bonus Payout Schedule
:
Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period. Each $1,250 payment occurs at 90‑day intervals. Eligibility requires current employment and active driving during the period.

• Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset (division may vary; this role is Division 290, Terminal Kansas City, MO).
• Home time varies by division.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Minimum 4 months of CDL‑A driving experience (preferred 1 year)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice

• Tractors equipped with lane departure, forward collision warning, hard brake monitoring, satellite communication.
• 24/7/365 road service staff and shops.
