Action Site Services is a division of Action Roll-Offs Inc., a Texas-based operation with 19 years in the waste and site services business. We haul aggregate, sand, dirt, and construction materials for contractors and job sites throughout the Central & North Texas areas. Our drivers are the face of the company on every site, and we run the operation accordingly: well-maintained equipment, steady freight, and dispatch that actually answers the phone.

We are growing, and we are looking for experienced drivers who want consistent work and want to be treated like professionals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Belly Dump Truck Driver role based in Hubbard, TX. The driver operates a Class A tractor with a belly dump trailer, hauling aggregate and construction materials to job sites on assigned routes and schedules, 6 days per week.

Day to day, the role includes:

  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer
  • Loading at the pit or plant and discharging material accurately on site, including windrow and spot dumping as directed
  • Safe maneuvering on active construction sites, including uneven ground, tight access, and overhead hazards
  • Maintaining accurate logs, tickets, and ELD records in full DOT compliance
  • Staying in communication with dispatch on load status, delays, and site conditions
  • Reporting equipment issues promptly and keeping the truck clean and organized
  • Representing Action Site Services professionally with customers, site foremen, and the public
Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A license with verifiable truck driving experience
  • Belly dump experience required, including loading and discharge on active job sites
  • Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations and a real commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to operate safely in varied road, site, and weather conditions
  • Available to work 6 days per week
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow dispatch instructions and delivery schedules
  • Physically able to sit for extended periods, climb in and out of the truck, tarp loads, and lift moderate weights
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior aggregate, dirt, or construction hauling experience is a plus
