Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager, Distribution (1st Shift) at the Waco, TX Distribution Center. This on‑site role leads up to 30 hourly staff, coaches on process improvements, and ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient equipment usage.
The position requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and experience with EWM. There is a Tuesday‑Saturday? work pattern? No relocation; travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package.
