We are seeking an analytical, systems-focused Operations Systems Specialist to support warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across our North American distribution network. This role is based in Waco, Texas, with support for operations in Dover, Delaware and Aurora, Colorado.

You are someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of warehouse operations, inventory control, data, and technology. You can move from the warehouse floor to SAP and LFS transactions, identify the root cause behind an inventory or process issue, and translate operational data into practical solutions that improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role with direct impact on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, system discipline, and operational performance across Uzin Utz North America.

You will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Carrier Relations while helping standardize processes and improve the effective use of SAP, LFS Warehouse Management System (WMS), and reporting tools.

The Operations Systems Specialist supports warehouse operational performance, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and systems discipline across the North American distribution network, including Waco, TX;
Dover, DE; and Aurora, CO. This position serves as a key connection between warehouse operations, inventory control, reporting, and technology by ensuring warehouse processes and system transactions are accurate, standardized, measurable, and consistently executed.

The role analyzes operational and inventory data, supports the effective use of SAP, LFS WMS, and related reporting tools, identifies root causes of process and inventory issues, and coordinates corrective actions with warehouse leadership and cross‑functional partners. Regular warehouse‑floor engagement is essential to translating system data into practical operational improvements.

• Analyze and reconcile inventory variances, stock discrepancies, damages, transaction errors, and location inaccuracies; coordinate corrective actions and verify resolution.
