we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.

As a Service Advisor Trainee, you’ll learn how to guide customers through their vehicle service experience from start to finish.

• Greet customers and capture vehicle information
• Listen to customer concerns and service needs
• Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles
• Prepare clear and accurate service estimates
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
• Review completed work and explain invoices
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems
• Motivation to build a long‑term automotive career
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus
