Position Overview
Position: Customer Account Specialist
Location: Waconia, Minnesota
Work Setting: Onsite at our professional office
Shift: 8‑hour Day shift
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Be the friendly voice on the phone, email responder, and chat expert, building strong relationships with customers.
- Take charge of the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Share product knowledge and guide customers to the best solutions.
- Coordinate with designers, installers, and end customers to keep projects running smoothly.
- Deliver top‑notch service that leaves lasting impressions.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in cabinets or related industry.
- Creative, innovative, and ready to engage with customers.
