At Regarding Dentistry
, we're seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This is a full-time opportunity working just 4 days per week
, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work.
Compensation: Starting at $30-35hr, based on experience

  • Monday: 7:15am
    -5:15pm
  • Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday: 7:15am
    -5:15pm
  • Thursday: 7:15am
    -4:15pm
  • Friday: 7:30am
    -2:00pm
  • Saturday: OFF
  • Sunday: OFF
Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experienced as a Dental Assistant
  • License in the state of MN
  • High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IV sedation
