Deliver lesson plans as provided by the absent Teacher and manage the classroom.

Flexible - Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 3:30 pm

Minnesota Teaching license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board or a Short Call Substitute Teacher license. Short Call Licenses can be obtained if you have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject – no teaching preparation program required.

$145 for a full day, or $72.50 for a half day.

Qualified candidates should apply online 110.org. Application materials must include an ISD 110 application, letter of introduction, resume, educational transcripts, and a current license issued from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.

Candidates who do not currently hold a Minnesota standard Teaching license or limited short call license and have completed the STEDI Sub Skills training course must apply for a short call license with the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). This must be completed prior to attending a Substitute orientation.
