Sanford Health - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision;
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding) and monitor vital signs;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility; perform range of motion and passive exercises;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse;
Provide housekeeping and laundry services and support wellness and recreational programs
