About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Float Pool Caregiver to support our Waconia community as needs arise. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and stepping in where they are most needed to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted resident care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
- Build positive relationships through conversation, engagement, and companionship
. - Support infection control and cleanliness standards in resident living spaces.
- Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team.
- Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure resident safety and comfort.
What We’re Looking For
- CNA, Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
- Ability to pick up shifts on short notice
