Good Samaritan Society - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of RN;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, walking, ROM and passive exercises;
Document resident interactions, care outcomes, and communicate changing condition to charge nurse;
Support meals, dining, hydration, and participation in wellness/recreational programs
