- Be the Face of the Community: Receive phone inquiries, conduct tours
, and follow up with referrals, building lasting relationships with potential residents and their families. - Streamline Move‑Ins: Complete all move‑in related paperwork and processes to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Stay Informed: Keep up‑to‑date on all housing, assisted living, and healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Communicate Effectively: Review and communicate policies and procedures with residents, their families, and staff, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Social Work is preferred
, but other backgrounds will be considered. - Being licensed as an assisted living director (LALD) is required.
- Deep understanding of housing rules and regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
- A compassionate and positive attitude with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong computer proficiency are a must.
