Papa Murphy's - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and work with the assigned staff to assure proper guest service and product quality as prescribed by the Operations Manual;
Ensure labor guidelines and labor laws are adhered to, including schedules and breaks;
Handle emergencies, guest complaints, equipment problems or team member problems as per procedures;
Train and develop team members on assigned shift as directed by supervisor;
Complete shift and daily paperwork using the POS system
