Cabinet Finisher - 1st Shift

Job Description

Cabinet works Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, offering an unmatched selection of stylish, high‑quality products across a range of price levels. Our 19 brands include framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry, with the Waconia facility housing the Medallion brand. We are looking for Cabinet Finishers to join our team at Waconia.

• Spray products on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties using sanding block, sponge, or sandpaper.
• Perform wiping duties using a wiping rag.
• Perform loading and unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between spray positions as needed.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Actively participate with the natural work team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to spray all finishes.
• Ability to sand and wipe all finishes.
• Capability to identify various finishes and wood species.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Job Type: Full Time
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday; occasional Saturday overtime)
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Bonus:
  One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500 (50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days).
