Machine Operator ; Timesaver - 1st Shift

Job Overview

Cabinet sander position at the Waconia facility, part of the Medallion brand. This role involves sanding, inspecting, and preparing cabinetry components for production.

• Sand cabinetry components using a small handheld sander.
• Inspect components for defects or repair needs.
• Fill defects with putty as necessary.
• Insert parts into the timesaver machine.
• Remove parts from the opposite end of the machine and load them onto carts.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to use and understand tape measures.
• Good knowledge of different wood species.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• $21.00 - $27.00 per hour.
• One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500 (50% after 45 days, 50% after 90 days).
• Full‑time 1st Shift schedule: 6:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday‑Friday; occasional Saturday overtime.
