Quality Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

The Quality Technician is responsible for leading and managing day‑to‑day quality control by inspecting all incoming and outgoing products for defects to ensure high‑quality cabinetry.

• Inspect incoming and/or outgoing products for defects.
• Assess product accuracy, consistency, and finish quality.
• Communicate defects to relevant personnel.
• Repair cabinetry component defects when applicable.
• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform other duties assigned by management and rotate to other departments as needed.
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis.

• Strong color vision with the ability to accurately distinguish subtle variations in color.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.
• Ability to read the move ticket and understand all of its contents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to identify specialized equipment used in this job and indicate the daily percent of time spent on each.

Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential.

One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Shift: 2nd Shift. Job Type: Full Time.
