Job Summary
The Quality Technician is responsible for leading and managing day‑to‑day quality control by inspecting all incoming and outgoing products for defects to ensure high‑quality cabinetry.
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming and/or outgoing products for defects.
- Assess product accuracy, consistency, and finish quality.
- Communicate defects to relevant personnel.
- Repair cabinetry component defects when applicable.
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow safety rules and work instructions.
- Perform other duties assigned by management and rotate to other departments as needed.
- Communicate with employees on a regular basis.
- Strong color vision with the ability to accurately distinguish subtle variations in color.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.
- Ability to read the move ticket and understand all of its contents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to identify specialized equipment used in this job and indicate the daily percent of time spent on each.
Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential.
One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.
Shift: 2nd Shift. Job Type: Full Time.
