Cabinet works Group Drawer Department Position

Cabinet works Group is the U.S.'s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. Our 16 cabinetry brands represent an extensive range of framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry products. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand.

• Write up order tickets from move tickets.
• Pull and set up parts for drawers according to orders.
• Attach drawer hardware to the boxes.
• Attach drawer to drawer head, construct box.
• Restock hardware and supplies.
• Move carts of cabinet parts/drawers within drawer department and over to the build lines.
• Learn and perform all job functions of the drawer department.

• Understanding of parts needed to assemble drawers or willingness to learn.
• Willing to learn table saws and various hand tools/equipment as needed.
• Must be or willing to be saw certified.
• Operate drawer box press.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Constant lifting, carrying, reaching, and bending throughout the day.
• Good attendance and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment with positive behavior and strong initiative.

Shift: 1st

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Bonus:
One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Hours:

Range from around 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.
