Job Overview

Cabinet works Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, known for high‑quality products across 16 brands. The Waconia facility produces Medallion cabinetry.

• Write up order tickets from move tickets.
• Pull and set up parts for drawers according to orders.
• Attach drawer hardware to boxes and construct drawer heads.
• Restock hardware and supplies.
• Move carts of cabinet parts and drawers within the drawer department and to build lines.
• Learn and perform all job functions of the drawer department.

• Understanding of parts needed to assemble drawers or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to learn table saws and other hand tools/equipment as needed.
• Must be or willing to become saw certified.
• Ability to operate a drawer box press.
• Accurate tape measure reading skills.
• Capacity for constant lifting, carrying, reaching, and bending.
• Good attendance and communication skills.
• Team‑player with positive behavior and strong initiative.

Shift: 1st. Full time.

Hours:

6:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.

Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour. Bonus:
One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days.
