Job Description

The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand.
- Operate the various equipment and machines in the Millroom to process panel product.
- Stack product and transport to the necessary departments.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and understand move tickets.
- Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have good teamwork/communication skills.
Shift: 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential.
Bonus:
One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.
Hours:
Range from around 4:30 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.
