Cabinet works Group is the U.S.'s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. Our 15 cabinetry brands represent an extensive range of framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry products. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand.

• Lead all personnel and processes involved with the finishing department.
• Provide leadership, along with the Supervisor, in running the department safely and effectively.
• Carry out instructions/directions of the Supervisor whether verbal or written.
• Required to physically contribute to the daily work that is assigned by the area Supervisor.
• Complying with quality standards and implementation of all local operational goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year of production experience or similar in manufacturing or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
• Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on parts and quality standards.
• One year of logistics exposure preferred but not required
• Prior leadership experience is required
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to train others on safety, quality, performance, job responsibilities
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English
• Ability to lead/motivate/work in a team environment

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour

Bonus:
One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Hours:

Range From Around 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime
