CNA - Long Term Care - Part Time Evening

Marshfield Clinic - 333 West 5th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques;
Document resident interactions and vital signs; communicate changes to charge nurse;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Maintain infection prevention and control practices and assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
