American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ER Holding position requiring 5+ years of ER experience and prior travel assignment experience.

• Work in the ER Holding unit, with cross-coverage into MS/Tele
• Primarily night shift with occasional day shift coverage
• 12-hour shifts scheduled 7p-7a, 7a-7p, and 9a-9p
• Required to work every third weekend

• Active MN RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of ER experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Critical access hospital experience preferred
• Some Med/Surg experience preferred
• Proof of license required at time of consideration
• One professional reference required

• Provide nursing care within the ER Holding unit and support Med/Surg-Tele areas as needed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply, but local candidates will not be considered
• RTO must be submitted and approved at time of consideration and will not be approved after an offer is extended
• Maximum of 1 week of RTO allowed, and not every holiday can be requested off
• Any call-outs must be reported with more than 24 hours notice
• Candidates with any background check findings will not be accepted
