Frame Picker - 1st Shift

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and stock cabinet face frames per ticket instructions.
• Sort and attach tickets to products.
• Operate saw to cut face frame into specific sizes per ticket instructions.
• Perform control point check to ensure no defects.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read tickets to pick product correctly.
• Ability to use saw equipment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Able to work in a team environment with the ability to accept change in daily activities.
• Must demonstrate the ability to be self‑directed and be detail oriented.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to identify the different wood species and door styles.

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: 1st
Pay Range: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour
Bonus:
One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Hours:

Range from 6:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.
