Responsible for pricing donated product to meet production standards and goals for store sales. Responsible for selecting quality donated product within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E‑Commerce. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill‑Easter Seals’ mission and values.

In a typical day, a Merchandise Pricer can expect to...

• Understand production responsibilities to deliver high‑quality, salable products at the right time to meet weekly goals and maintain inventory levels and e‑commerce targets.
• Follow store policies and procedures and execute directives promptly.
• Deliver high‑level customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

• Pay Range: $15.67 - $21.55/hr
• Work‑life balance: no overnight or late closing shifts and limited holiday hours.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

A typical part‑time schedule is up to 20 hours per week.
