Independent insurance agents, called Benefits Specialists, partner with local businesses across Minnesota, to provide comprehensive employee benefits solutions, simplifying the process with cutting-edge enrollment technology, expert consultation, and world-class service.

Successful business leaders prioritize:
- Consulting with local businesses to provide tailored employee benefits solutions
- Managing prospects, building relationships, and identifying clients’ needs to offer the best benefits package
- Presenting and educating clients on benefit options, ancillary benefits, and enrollment technology
- Collaborating with brokers and clients to deliver seamless, full-service benefit solutions
- Cultivating new client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Managing ongoing relationships and supporting clients through enrollment and renewals
Beneficial Qualifications and/or Skills:
- Sales experience (including B2B), focusing on relationship building, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in the employee benefits space, including with health insurance brokers or ancillary/worksite benefits.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining complex benefits options clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage leads, track sales, and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals.
- Relationship-focused, valuing long-term client relationships over transactional sales.
- Team-oriented, with a good fit for a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential pre-tax earnings of a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings. All earnings in this role are sales results-based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth based on your business acumen.
