Back Up Class A​/CDL Driver; Yard Driver - 1st Shift

The Back‑Up Class

A/CDL Driver supports the primary driver when they are on vacation or absent. When covering, the driver moves trailers around the campus in Waconia, MN. During off‑time the driver works in the production area assisting with cabinet manufacturing. This role provides opportunities for learning and advancement.

• Move trailers in our yards and load/unload trailers as necessary.
• Complete truck‑driver job duties, including deliveries to and from the receiving area using forklift and pallet jack.
• Stack all parts and maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Provide accurate documentation and paper flow as needed.
• Assist with reporting information and may help during inventories/cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid MN Class
  
  A CDL license.
• Qualified to be a Class
  
  A CDL driver per Minnesota regulations.
• Previous forklift experience (both sit‑down and stand‑up).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and to push/pull heavy containers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and math abilities.
• Knowledge of Cabinet works Group products and parts.
• Excellent attendance records.
• Excellent driving record and safe driving habits.
• Ability to follow paperwork accurately.

• Full‑time position.
• Pay rate: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour.
