Managing Director – Lead and expand Green

V's activities in the Mexican greenhouse market, collaborating closely with the Technical Director and the Dutch Green

V companies to deliver integrated, multiscope projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Green
  
  V Mexico organization, ensuring strong team performance and sustainable commercial growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with growers, investors, and key stakeholders in the Mexican greenhouse sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable sales across the full Green
  
  V technology portfolio.
• Represent Green
  
  V within the Mexican horticultural community and position the company as a trusted and preferred partner.
• Ensure strong collaboration with the Green
  
  V companies in the Netherlands to deliver integrated, high-quality greenhouse solutions.
• Manage local P&L, budgets, and performance metrics in line with Green
  
  V’s global strategy and report on results monthly.
• Create and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture that reflects Green
  
  V’s values.

Your Profile

• Proven leadership experience within the Mexican greenhouse technology or related horticultural sector.
• A strong and relevant local network among growers, investors, and greenhouse developers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands‑on, result‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Ability to bridge local market dynamics with international collaboration and global strategy.
