What You’ll Do

Make a tangible difference for clients by helping them push the boundaries of advanced materials.

Lead technical evaluations across a wide range of materials, including failure analysis of metals and alloys.

Work hands‑on with techniques such as image analysis, SEM, metallography, and hardness testing.

Collaborate directly with clients to design testing programs and develop effective technical approaches.

Produce clear, professional technical reports that translate complex findings into actionable insight.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts in a collaborative, problem‑solving environment.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Materials Science or Metallurgical Engineering; an advanced degree is a plus.

Practical experience with materials characterization techniques and a strong foundation in laboratory investigation.

Strong problem‑solving ability, sound technical judgment, and a genuine curiosity about how things work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and client‑facing work.
