Gas Power Co-op/Intern

What You Will Do:
- Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers
- Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas
- Engineering interns in Gas Power experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation industry focusing on areas such as systems, analysis, design, quality, reliability, digital, and integration & test
- Perform design and analysis of product lines in areas such as steam turbine, gas turbines, gas engines, and generators
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement new design concepts and design improvements
- Work with the drafting team to create or update the drawings, and partner with the manufacturing team to solve problems that arise out of the complex manufacturing processes required to make these parts
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Must have one to two semesters left prior to graduation and be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below
- The following majors are eligible:
Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering - Other Eligibility Requirements:
Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
