• HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance projects
• Unit renovations and community improvement projects
• Preventative maintenance programs that help reduce after-hours emergencies

• HVAC Certification and Universal EPA Certification
• CPO Certification
• Advanced technical training in multiple disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, landscaping, or sprinkler systems
• Maintenance or mechanical experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service
