Property Checker

Job Details

• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Working Pattern: 15 hours per week, Friday & Saturday, 9am until 5:30pm.
• Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall

We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest‑ready in every detail. This hands‑on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.

• Inspect properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
• Check welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
• Ensure all equipment is in working order
• Manage special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
• Address and report maintenance issues promptly
• Occasionally assist with cleaning or delivering guest items
• Maintain accurate property records and inventories

• Previous housekeeping or property‑checking experience
• A flexible, can‑do approach (things change fast in holiday season!)
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A love for keeping things shipshape and guest‑ready
