Senior Accountant

Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed distribution company seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to financial reporting, process improvements, acquisitions, and executive leadership.

• Support the monthly close process and financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with operations on accounting and reporting initiatives
• Participate in process improvement and ERP-related projects

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Manufacturing, distribution, or product-based industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; large ERP experience required
• CPA preferred

Compensation - $85,000 - $90,000 + bonus;
Compensation may be adjusted for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly related experience.
