Job Title: Leasing & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Wadsworth, OH
Schedule: Onsite – 5 days/week
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (4–6 months)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support daily leasing and office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents by managing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours for prospective residents.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property availability, pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and property management software to support daily operations.
  • Deliver a welcoming and positive experience to prospective and current residents.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, leasing, administrative, or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple software systems and technology platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
