Description

Stepowoy Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support branch operations across multiple locations. This position serves as a key resource for branch administrative staff by providing backup support, training, and assistance with administrative, accounting, payroll, and financial processes.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, an understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to learn and support billing, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and other financial processes within Service Titan and Sage Intacct. This role does not require an accounting degree but does require exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to branch administrative teams and corporate operations.
  • Serve as backup for billing, invoicing, customer account maintenance, and other administrative functions within Service Titan and Sage Intacct.
  • Assist with payroll, time and expense review and other payroll related tasks.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across multiple locations.
  • Assist with invoice auditing, account reconciliations, and various finance related tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and training branch administrative personnel on Service Titan and company administrative procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring the confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and corporate departments to resolve administrative and operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other accounting support, administrative, and related duties as assigned.
  • Salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support, accounting, payroll, billing, office administration.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred; training will be provided.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred; training will be provided.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting multiple branch locations and multiple states.
  • Experience training or mentoring administrative staff.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficient administrative practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
