Chapel Hill Church is a multi-generational church whose mission is to help people better Love Jesus, Grow Together, and Reach the World. As we have been fulfilling this mission, we have been experiencing steady growth. We are seeking a passionate and creative pastor that can help advance our mission by further developing and growing our worship ministry. The Worship Pastor provides vision and direction for our worship services and helps the church family better live out their mission.

• Plan and lead the weekly worship service.
• Give vision, direction, and oversight to the worship and tech team.
• Create a family-like atmosphere with members of the worship and tech team.
• Connect and develop relationships with people at Chapel Hill Church and in the community.
• Based on gifting and passion, lead at least one other church ministry. Possibilities include youth, children, young adults, and outreach.

• Deeply loves Jesus and people.
• Passionate about worshipping Jesus and seeing others worship Him.
• Ability to effectively lead worship with a guitar or piano.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Ability to run a soundboard and worship planning software such as Pro Presenter.
• Experience leading worship services, 1-5 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in music, theology, or a related field preferred.
• Highly relational.
