Starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability will be eligible for a $1.00 pay increase after 6 months
, and an additional $1.00 increase after 1 year based on a positive performance review.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Utilize strong communication and phone etiquette skills to assist customers with confidence and professionalism
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions

RequirementsExperience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
