Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a leading e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, operating nine enthusiast-focused websites. The Wholesale Support Representative drives sales growth in the B2B channel and delivers world‑class customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

• Account Management – drive retention and loyalty, manage inbound contacts, order entry & management, post‑shipment support, outreach to dormant accounts.
• Relationship Building – build trust, respect, brand loyalty; build rapport, ask questions to improve service.
• Customer Service – keep customers’ needs front and center, provide a positive experience.
• Daily Execution – results‑oriented, creative solutions to challenges, deliver on promises.
• Identify Customer Needs – maintain regular conversation, identify needs, build stronger relationships.
• Customer Interaction – represent the company with professionalism, seek opportunities for growth.
• General Support Tasks – manage communication (phone, email, chat, Skype, etc.), order entry and management, post‑shipment support, account management.
• Order Entry – support B2B customers by placing and managing orders, communicate expectations about ship dates, support other banners.

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Customer‑centric, proactive communicator, innovative, highly organized.
• Effective problem‑solving, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Technical background in automotive industry a plus.
• Will report directly to Wholesale Manager.

• Rapid growth in B2B space through account management and excellent customer service, meeting revenue and margin plans.
• Reduce customer attrition by promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
