We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support customers by answering inbound inquiries and providing clear updates on claim status. This long-term contract position is based in Ohio and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering responsive service in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will maintain accurate customer records, communicate clearly across phone and email, and help ensure each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking information about the status of their insurance-related claims.
• Provide timely, accurate updates while setting clear expectations and maintaining a helpful, detail-oriented tone.
• Enter and revise customer and claim-related information in internal databases to keep records current.
• Manage multiple browser windows and systems efficiently while assisting callers in real time.
• Handle email communication with customers when follow-up or additional clarification is needed.
• Document conversations thoroughly to support service continuity and accurate account history.
• Escalate complex questions or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by addressing concerns with patience, accuracy, and attention to detail.
