The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers, exceeding expectations.
• Strong listening skills with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
• Continuous talking in person or on the phone.
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shifts.
