This role is ideal for a dedicated HHA who values flexibility, with a schedule listed below:
Schedule:
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8a-8pm
• 12-hour shifts
• On-call opportunities available with an additional stipend of $50-$100 per shift
Responsibilities:
• Provide companion care and personal care assistance
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support sit-to-stand transfers and mobility needs
• Accompany and transport client to lunch as needed
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the shift
Client Needs:
• Parkinson's disease care
• Personal care assistance
• Mobility support and supervision
Qualifications:
• Previous caregiving or HHA experience required
• Experience caring for clients with Parkinson's disease preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment
Run errands and accompany the client to appointments, including barber visits as needed
Provide companionship and support during daily activities to ensure the client's comfort and well-being
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers

Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc., is preferred
Preferred:
Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMust have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance is required)
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
