The Ruhlin Company seeks to hire an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Systems Support Coordinator out of our Sharon Center office.
SummaryProvide first-level technical and administrative support to ensure the technology used in staff workflows and daily operations runs smoothly and effectively. Serve as a primary resource for the support, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI tools and technologies across the company. This role will help identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency, streamline processes, enhance user experience, and support innovation throughout the company.
ResponsibilitiesArtificial Intelligence
- Partner with employees to gather business requirements, identify operational challenges, and support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related support by troubleshooting user issues, assisting with AI tool functionality, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with stakeholders regarding AI project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Help drive company wide AI adoption by promoting awareness, educating users on available AI tools and capabilities, and encouraging effective and responsible use of AI technologies that align with company goals and business needs.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and internal stakeholders to support AI initiatives, programs, workflow improvements, and process automation efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and best practices related to AI tools, processes, and workflows.
- Support responsible AI usage by helping reinforce company policies, cybersecurity standards, data privacy expectations, and best practices related to AI technologies.
- Minimize IT asset downtime and reduce disruptions during support incidents to maintain smooth business operations.
- Promote and foster cyber security culture and assist in the management of the cyber security training system.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software on a preventive as well as a corrective basis.
- Set up and configure user hardware in accordance with departmental standards and best practices.
- Provide users with help desk support; travel to the regional office as needed.
- Maintain and manage endpoints and IT assets.
- Stay current on emerging IT trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s technology.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT initiatives.
- Set up the structure for new jobs in Microsoft Teams.
- Conduct IT onboarding for new employees, including setup and orientation of cell phones, iPads, computers, and initial password setup.
- Participate in IT-related meetings and brainstorming sessions to support collaboration and problem solving.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Assistant Director of IT.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, supported by current and relevant industry certifications.
- Relevant technical training with proven ability to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.
- Experience supporting or administering AI tools in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to improve business processes, workflows, and end-user productivity.
- Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users in the effective use of digital tools and software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and support non-technical users.
