Claims Specialist

This position is responsible for handling and managing property and casualty claims from initial intake through resolution, including gathering documentation, assessing coverage, and coordinating with members, adjusters, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks include reviewing claim reports, conducting investigations, analyzing losses, maintaining accurate claim files, and ensuring timely communication with public transit members.
