Start Your Day Early and Make an Impact Carlson is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Wadsworth, OH to help maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking floors in a retail/commercial environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in delivering quality results, and prefers an early morning schedule.

Location:

Wadsworth, OHPay: $17.00 per hour Weekly pay every Friday

Schedule:

7 days per week3:30 AM - 8:30 AM Approximately 35 hours per week Short early morning shift

Must be available to work a consistent 7-day schedule

Career Growth Opportunities What You'll DoOperate floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums

Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces to company standards

Perform routine floor maintenance, including scrubbing and buffing

Inspect work areas and ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable

Follow safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines

Maintain equipment and report any maintenance concerns

Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently

Support general cleaning needs as required

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment

Previous floor care or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
